in the future. At the time of final reclamation, inspection/monitoring pipes will be removed to 3-feet <br />below grade, and the pipeline will be cut-off below grade, capped, and abandoned in place. The drop- <br />borehole will be plugged and sealed, using the methods described in the permit for boreholes. At that <br />time, any necessary maintenance of regraded areas will occur, along with any necessary supplemental <br />seeding. <br />This submittal includes revised PAP text, exhibits; and maps, addressing the location, configuration, <br />operation, maintenance, and reclamation of the proposed new facilities. New and revised PAP <br />materials are identified by the attached Summary of Revisions/Additions. <br />We would like to proceed with this project as soon as possible, to take advantage of favorable weather <br />and ground conditions during the 2010 construction season.
