However, because we did not receive 10 <br />days to respond, we reserve the right to make additional comments and objections to the <br />Amendment, as well as to any further amendments to that application. <br />We are Kim and Steve McIntyre, the adjacent landowners to the subject marble quarry. <br />It was our land that the marble quarry operations have repeatedly damaged by dumping "large
