Quarry area. <br />A copy of the Memorandum of Agreement reflecting the lease between Omya, Inc-and Colorado Stone Quarries, Inc. dated <br />May 3, 2004 and recorded May 28, 2004 at Book 498 Page 542520 in the Records of Gunnison County, Colorado is <br />attached. This lease includes the 2.3 acres to be added to the affected area at the quarry site. <br />Parcel 2. Load-out area in the Town of Marble. <br />This lease covers an area of 23.505 acres.
