DOE Lease SR-15A, Notice of Intent (NOI) Application, P-2010-009, Under Review. <br />Dear Mr. Niesen, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) has received Golden Eagle Uranium additional <br />information for the application for a Notice of Intent (NOI) for prospecting. Per Rule 5.1.3(a) the <br />Decision Date for this project is twenty working days which is June 25, 2010. Please be aware that if all <br />issues are addressed to both agencies satisfaction any time prior to that date, a decision will be <br />rendered accordingly. <br />A full review will be forth coming shortly. A Pre-operational inspection will not be required due to the <br />minimal number of holes and disturbance proposed. Staff has received information from DOE which will <br />be used in the review with submitted plans.
