Venture Resources would like to request a Decision Date extension concerning our application M-2009-076.
We are lacking complete geotechnical lab results due to equipment problems at the laboratory. We have elected to
utilize a new lab in hopes of getting more timely results.
We wish to request a July 2, 2010 date for consideration of this permit.
