Martin
Executive Director
Loretta E. Pineda
Director
On June 1, 2010, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved your request for release of a
portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility, barring any objections.
Per your release request letter, the total permit area was reduced to 224.25 acres, through the release of the 4.25 acres
in this permit action. The acreage released in this action was fenced off, unaffected by mining, and is currently a
residential rental property. This acreage release was discussed during the May 18, 2010 site inspection which will
serve as the release inspection for these 4.25 acres. Please make sure that any maps submitted to DRMS in the future
reflect the new permit boundaries. Because the permit is not totally released, you are still liable for filing annual
reports and fees.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Eric C.
