Montrose County, Colorado and being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the bearing between found rebar and survey caps LS#9189 along the east line of NEl/4 of
Section 32 said Township 48 North, Range 6 West, N.M.P.M. to be North, 2638.76 ft. with all bearings
herein relative thereto.
Beginning at a point on the easterly boundary line of SODERQUIST GRAVEL PIT as shown by plat of
survey recorded October 11, 2006, Reception No. 762493, Montrose County Records whence the
southeast corner of said SEl/4SE1/4 bears S63054'41 "E, 567.64 ft.;
