There was <br />no activity and no one was present at the time of the inspection. Mining activity at the site has not yet begun, but the <br />permit was issued a couple years ago. <br />Boundary markers were noted along the upper (northern) boundary, but there is no permit ID sign. This is not a problem <br />in this report, but the operator must ensure that prior to commencing any activity at the site, that a proper ID sign is <br />posted, pursuant to Rule 3.1.12. (The operator must ensure the permit boundary markers are all in place also.) <br />There is no equipment, no stockpiles, no debris, no contaminants and no noxious weeds. <br />No further items were observed during the inspection.
