Musick(o)state.co. us>
Subject Twentymile Coal - Temporary Culvert Crossing of UPRR Right-of-Way
Thanks so much for your cooperation and assistance in facilitating the temporary emergency culvert crossing of UPRR's Energy Spur
at our Twentymile Mine. With your assistance, we were able to quickly implement a temporary solution to what could have been a
very significant operating problem for the Mine.
As part of the temporary solution, I am working with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety to obtain a revision to
our approved permit, reflecting the temporary routing of the our coal fines slurry pipeline. As part of the permitting process, I need
to demonstrate concurrence from UPRR with routing of the temporary pipeline through the culvert crossing installed yesterday.
Your response to this e-mail indicating concurrence with the temporary routing of the pipeline through the culvert crossing, should
be sufficient.
Thanks again for your cooperation and assistance -
Best regards,
Jerry
Jerry M.
