RULE 2 - PERMITS <br />2.05.1 Objectives <br />• The objectives of Section 2.05 are to ensure that CDRMS is provided with comprehensive and <br />reliable information on the proposed underground coal mining and reclamation operations, and to <br />ensure that those operations are allowed to be conducted only in compliance with these Rules and <br />the Act.
