III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br /> Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br /> inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or <br /> evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br /> Reclamation Success: Vegetation has established fairly well. Vegetative diversity was good on most <br /> reclaimed areas. No cattle were on the property nor was there any evidence that livestock had been on the site <br /> this spring. Gullies continue to be problematic though most of the gullies do not appear to be actively down <br /> cutting.
