Inter - seeding of Cropland - Irrigated Alfalfa (IC) and Irrigated Pastureland (IP), as well as re-
plowing of cropland to restore the health of the fields, may occur throughout the bond release
period, as this is a normal husbandry practice. See letters on the following pages from Jim Boyd,
the local NRCS specialist, which substantiate this practice. Western Fuels may employ these
practices during the reclamation period.
