Ownership <br />and control information for SCCC is presented in Exhibit 2.03.4 -E3, Owner, Officer, and <br />Director Information for the Sage Creek Coal Company — Peabody Energy Corporation <br />Organizational Family Tree. <br />Officers and directors for the companies in the Organizational Family Tree are typically <br />elected or appointed at the annual Board of Directors meeting.
