EXHIBIT "M" HUERFANO COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />CUP NUMBER 09-30 RECORDED 11-19-2009 <br />385672 <br />Page 1 of x <br />Judo Baniner Clark & Recorder <br />Ruerrano countyr co RPr $0.00 <br />11-19-2009 09,08 All Recording Fee 60.00 <br />COMMISSIONER'S MEETING <br />November 4, 2009 <br />The meeting was called to ardor by Chairman Art Bobian followed by the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />Commissioners Art Bobian, Scott King and Roger Cain were present. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner King and seconded by Commissioner Cain to <br />approve the minutes of October 28, 2009 as presente& <br />Motion passed by unanimous vote. <br />County Building Inspector Steve Channel met with tho Board regarding P & Z <br />Application 09-29 Akshar Inc. conditional use permit to convert the former Faris Land & <br />Cattle office to a single family dwelling. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner King and seconded by Commissioner Cain to <br />approve P & Z Application #09-29 on behalf of Akshar Inc. with the condition that <br />Steve Channel research if the water Is part of the commercial well aged by the <br />Knights Inn or If the water well is permitted for use of a single family dwelling. <br />Motion passed by unanimous vote. <br />County Administrator John Galusha and the Board reviewed action items and <br />correspondence. <br />US Forest Service requested a letter of support for o grant application. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Ding and seconded by ComrJI ssioner Cain to <br />authorise County Administrator Galusha to get more information. Motion passed <br />unanimous vote. <br />Joe GagIiano met with the Board regarding P & Z Application 409-30 Leone Sand & <br />Gravel Pit. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Cain and seconded by Commissioner King to <br />approve P & Z Application #09-30 l lone Sand and Gravel Pit with the condition <br />that trucks are not to use Red Rocks road/County Rd. 610 and the applicant <br />maintain County Roads 611 & 614 from the site to Highway 69 in as good or better <br />condition than they were prior to mining and also maintain county road right-of- <br />way for noxious weeds. Planning Commission will have the right to review project <br />after each phase, and prior to next phase. Also the permit will be Ilmited to a (6) six <br />year term with the applicant having the right to apply for an extension of the <br />application. Motion passed by unanimous vote. <br />Public Trustee Debbie Reynolds met with the Board regarding the 3'd Quarter Report.
