Site 511F398 was last recorded in 1981. It w:?s eletel•1111ne1I to be eligible f(-,r the <br />National Register of I•listoric Places (NR1 II') bused on a field assessment. We recommend that the <br />operator avoid this site or that additional inventory be conducted to determine the effect of the <br />proposed project on this resource. If site avoidance is not possible, we recommend further <br />consultation with our office in order to identify options to avoid, nlininlize, or r??itigme the adverse <br />effect to the sites. <br />Should human remains be discovered during mining; activities the requirements tinder State law CRS <br />211-80 part 13 apply and must he followed. <br />"Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
