This
Technical Revision was triggered in part by field inspections and damaged caused to the property
from high spring runoff from the Gunnison River during the spring of 2005 preceding the
inspection.
In addition, Elam cooperated with the U.S. Fish and Wild Service and the Colorado Division of
Wildlife for monitoring and removal of any threatened and endangered fish that may have
entered the pit during the river flooding.
.--:,Since this Technical Revision addresses repairs to damage caused by erosion and flooding rather
. than changes to the overall reclamation plan, a revised reclamation cost is not included. Also
enclosed is a check in the amount of $216 for processing the Technical Revision.
Please don't hesitate to call me at 242-5370 if you have any additional questions.
Sincerely,
Gayle L man
Prope Division Manager
Enclosure
