Coyote Basin, Notice of Intent (NOI) Application, Reference No. P-2010-010, review and decision <br />date. <br />Dear Mr. Hefton, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) has received Vane Minerals, LLC. additional <br />information for the application for a Notice of Intent (NOI) for prospecting. Per Rule 5.1.3(a) the <br />Decision Date for this project is twenty working days which is June 16, 2010. Staff notes proof of contact <br />with BLM has been submitted. Please be aware that if all issues are addressed to both agencies <br />satisfaction any time prior to that date, a decision will be rendered accordingly. <br />A full review will be forth coming shortly.
