A public notice of the proposed decision was published in <br />the Steamboat Pilot & Today on May 9, 2010. This public notice initiated a ten-day public comment <br />period that parties having objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the Division regarding <br />this proposed revision. No comments were received by the Division during the public comment <br />period. The tenth day fell on Wednesday May 19, 2010. As per rule 2.08.4(6)(iii) the Division's <br />decision is considered final on May 19, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
