Director <br />Hugo, CO 80821 <br />RE: Fisher Pit; DRMS File No. M-1977-163SG; Receipt of Corrective Action <br />Documentation <br />Dear Mr. Morrison, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your above referenced <br />response in regard to Compliance Problems 1 and 2 identified in the Division's report of the <br />inspection conducted on February 17, 2010. The statuses of the corrective actions reported by <br />Lincoln County are as follows: <br />Compliance Problem 1: Operator failed to stabilize all surface areas of the affected land. <br />This problem is considered abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of a photographic <br />documentation showing the rills on the northern pit slopes have been repaired. <br />Compliance Problem 2: Operator failed to dispose of refuse. <br />This problem is considered abated as a result of photographic documentation showing the <br />removal of corrugated metal pipes and concrete from the site. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (303)866-3567 x8116. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael A.
