26. The Applicant has listed costs for demolition of concrete channels, concrete sand trap and <br />spillways, infiltration gallery, and a parshall flume. Please specify if these are existing <br />structures which will require demolition or if they are temporary structures to be removed <br />during reclamation. In addition, the Applicant must provide the Division with the dimensions <br />and composition of these structures in order to calculate the Financial Warranty. <br />27. The Applicant has proposed a floating bond to cover a portion of the site, to allow mining <br />and reclamation to be ongoing. A floating bond typically restricts the amount of land the <br />Operator may disturb and is usually tied to a phased Mining and Reclamation Plan. Please <br />provide the Division with a brief explanation of this proposal. <br />28. The Division will calculate the Financial Warranty for the Wiley Pit once all of the adequacy <br />items have been addressed. <br />6.4.13 Exhibit M - Other Permits and Licenses <br />29. The Applicant has indicated a Dam Construction & Safety Permit will be obtained from the <br />Colorado State Engineer's Office.
