I PERMANENT AND
MAN-MADE STRUCTURES
EXHIBIT T
The man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected lands is a concrete pre-fab building
that stores our clarifier system, and County Road #3 on the west side of the! Parshall Pit.
There is three power poles owned by Mountain Parks Electric that sits on the west side of the
property boundaries adjacent to County Road #3. The three power poles are in a dedicated easement
and will not be disturbed by mining. There are no other bridges, wells, water storage impoundments,
railroad tracks, cemeteries or communication antennas within 200 feet of the affected lands.
As the surface owners we own the concrete pre-fab building, therefore no structure agreements
are needed if the structure is damaged by mining.
23
