Box 299 <br />1811 W. 12th St. <br />Loveland, CO 80539 <br />Re: Larimer Pit, Acreage Reduction Approval, Permit No. M-1974-069, Revision No. AR-1 <br />Dear Mr. Fancher: <br />On May 20, 2010, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved your request for release of a <br />portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility. <br />All reclaimed acreage west of Namaqua Drive and east of Wilson Ave has been released from your permit in this <br />permit action. Because the permit is not totally released, you are still liable for filing annual reports and fees. <br />As discussed on site, you may also wish to consider also releasing the unaffected fenced residential property currently <br />included in the active permit if mining is no longer anticipated for this area.
