Pineda <br />Director <br />On May 19, 2010, the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety approved your Technical Revision # 1 <br />addressing: <br />Change the maximum affected acres for the site from the current 30 acres to 90 acres at any given <br />time. This revision also removes the phased mining plan that was approved in the original reclamation <br />permit. <br />This will allow the operator to mine in different areas as long as the maximum acres affected does not <br />exceed the 90 acres, or written approval is obtained from the Division. The warranty calculated for the <br />approval of this Technical Revision is $ 172,128.00; the current warranty posted for the operation is <br />$97,714.00. Please provide a rider in the amount of $74,414.00. The approval will not be final until the <br />additional warranty is accepted by the Division and written confirmation is received.
