1089989-1 <br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety proposes to Approve Technical Revision Ap- <br />plication No. 107 (TR-107) for the Trapper Mine <br />(Permit No. C-1981-010), submitted by Trapper Min- <br />ing, Inc. TR-107 proposes to insert the 2009 Annual <br />Reclamation Report for the Trapper Mine as Appen- <br />dix W in the Trapper Mine permit. The annual report <br />updates and revises portions of the mining and rec- <br />lamation permit. <br />The Trapper Mine is a surface coal mine 'located in <br />Moffat County, approximately 6 miles southwest of <br />Craig, Colorado. Coal interest is Federal, state and <br />private, and the surface affected is State and private <br />land. The permit area encompasses approximat <br />10,382.30 acres. ely <br />This proposed decision is based on a finding that the <br />proposed operation will comply with all requirements <br />of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation <br />Act, Section 34 33 101, et seq., C.R.S., and the regu- <br />lations promulgated thereunder. <br />Copies of the proposed decision, incWding stipula= <br />Lions, are on file for public inspection at the Colorado <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room <br />215, Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Den- <br />ver, Colorado 80203. Persons with an interest that <br />may be adversely affected by the proposed decision <br />may request a formal hearing before the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board on the proposed decision.
