III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />There is a steep sided cobbly channel/gully up to 3 feet deep that enters the PM-10 channel from the <br />southwest. The incised segment is approximately 40 yards west of the TRM channel segment noted <br />above, and approximately 50 yards long. Source of flow to the channel is an undisturbed ephemeral <br />drainage southwest of the site, with minor contribution from a remnant scraper route up-gradient, which <br />accessed the former Stockpile "P". Please grade and stabilize the steep sided incised PM-10 <br />tributary segment with TRM or riprap as warranted, and install a series of closely spaced furrows <br />or water bars along the remnant scraper route to disperse concentrated flow. <br />4
