p.4

The February 15, 2008 meeting, WE BEGGED TO GO TO, WE BEGGED TO ATTEND. WE
BEGGED DAN, MARCIA, SANDY, MIKE, WE BEGGED AND BEGGED FOR 5 DAYS. TAPE STATING
AND we were denied and I HAVE MARCIA, AND DAN ON
MADE THAT DAY AND
THAT THERE WOULD BE NO DECISIONS NO DECISIONS
THAT IT WOULD BE JUST A DISCUSSION TO FIND OUT a OOW Tp all PROCEED WHICH
E WE WOULD BE INCLUDED IN. ALL LIES. I can let y
Bench one material was suitable sub soil for some CROPS but they RAISED the salt content and
is not suitable for some of the crops that we raise. THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO RAISE THE
SALT CONTENT and say it is suitable.
Facts have been distorted and turned around to suit themselves. The DIVISION again are using
their own interpretations of SHARES of water and do not have a clue as to what is right or one that wrong. SHARES are not part of the laws. A dependable andadequate ,mpanypand this placeis
good 8 out of 10 years and Mr. Organ is the largest stockholder
has been historically irrigated and cropped for 50 years!!!
THE LAND CANNOT BE PUT BACK IN AS GOOD OF CONDITIONAS WHEN THEY
ENTERED THE PROPERTY!!!! The law says it must be put back. 'When our prime soils are
removed and the so called suitable bench one material is removed. HOW CAN IT BE PUT
BACK AS GOOD????? We had big guns, siderolls, gated pipe, and center pivots on our
property prior to tha mine entering and we could raise anything we wanted to. How to we raise
corn with the side rolls that WFC is proposing. CORN cannot grow under a sideroll. Some of
these crops with their root depth of more than 12 feet cannot grow when the salt content is raised.
BENCH ORNAMENT
SURE it won't hurt shallow roots, but we don't raise S OLLOLO? is OUR such
PLANTS WHICH WAS USED FOR THE EXAMPLE
MATERIAL AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR WHAT THEY STOLE. THEI
MORGAN THE ; BENCH ONE BELONGS TO
MR MORGAN, THE SUBSOIL BELONGS TO
MATERIAL BELONGS TO MR MORGAN AND THE MINE IN L OF THESE SOILS ARE Y
OTHER MINERALS OTHER THAN THE COAL
MINERALS. MR MORGAN HAS ALL MINERAL ? PT FOR THE SCORIA ARE TO RIGHT
TO MINE THE COAL BUT ALL MATERIALS
REMAIN ON THIS PROPERTY AND PUT BACK. How can something be put back as good as
it was if they keep stealing the materials to do it with??
I'll give you the same example as I gave Mr. Fulton. If I borrowed your $5000 golf clubs and
told you if anything happens to them, I'll replace them. During the day some one stole your
brand
clubs. I saw them on sell at Wal Mart for $127 and thought, Woulci you be satisfied? Would
new and so I bought them and replaced yours that was stolen.
you allow me to get by with that? Would you sue me for your $5000 clubs or would you take
your wal mart special and be happy and go on?
Thank you for your time,
