Everist, Inc. 39 acre-feet of augmentation water per year for the 25 year life of the contract. <br />A total of 33 acre-feet is available from Green Mountain Reservoir for replacement purposes after exchanging 6 acre-feet to Dillon Reservoir for 4.3 acre-feet of Summit <br />County water. Of this amount, 17.37 acre-feet of water from Green Mountain Reservoir was allocated to the Love Pit Augmentation Plan (96CW176) after reclamation, <br />leaving 15.63 acre-feet available for the Maryland Creek Ranch SWSP. <br />(4) Water from Green Mountain Reservoir exchanged into Dillon Reservoir and used under the terms and conditions of the Denver-Summit County Agreement, Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board's minimum instream flow agreements, and any other terms of the Summit County Board of Commissioners. A maximum of 6.0 acre-feet of Green Mountain <br />Reservoir Water can be exchangeed for 4.3 acre-feet/year of Dillon Reservoir water. Of th is amount, 14 acre-feet of water from Dillon Reservoir was allocated to the Love Pit <br />Augmentation Plan (96CW176), leaving 3.3 acre-feet available for the Maryland Creek Ranch SWSP. <br />(5) Depletions not covered by historical consumptive use, excess Green Mountain Reservoir releases from the 1994 Bureau of Reclamation contract (after meeting the requirements <br />set forth in Case No. 96CW176), or Dillon Reservoir releases, will be covered by Amendment No.1 of the Bureau of Reclamation contract (April 1998) for 45 acre-feet <br />of additional Green Mountain Reservoir water.
