No anomalous conditions were observed during the April 20, 2009 inspection. Alluvial <br />wells AP-1 and AP-2, located at the Loadout, will continue to be monitored until final bond release is <br />achieved for that site. <br />7.0 FUTURE MONITORING <br />During the 2009 water year, monitoring activities were conducted according to methodologies and <br />procedures presented in the approved Kerr Water Monitoring Plan with reductions to the program as <br />approved by the DRMS since issuance of the Monitoring Plan. Monitoring activities in the 2010 water <br />year will continue to be conducted in accordance with approved procedures for the Loadout area until a <br />final bond release is submitted and also approved or until authorization is provided by the DRMS and <br />associated agencies to terminate monitoring.
