Martin <br />Executive Director <br />Re: Moores Mining, LLC, File No. M-1980-175, Conversion Application, Approval, N-O1. <br />Dear Mr. Moores: <br />On May 10, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Conversion application submitted to <br />the Division on December 16, 2009, addressing the following: <br />CN-01 Convert from a IIOc to 112c adding 24.2 acres to the existing 9.9 acres. <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1980-178. <br />All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1980-178 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $66,235.00 exceeds the $19,969.00 performance bond currently held. If you have <br />not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $46,266.00. The revision will not be final until <br />the bond is approved by the Division.
