The ridge top excavation does <br />not, and will not intersect groundwater. 'The current excavations for material recovery have not <br />encountered groundwater. <br />Weld County therefore requests the DRMS acknowledge that the requirements of State water rights <br />regulations and Rules 3.1.6(1)(a), 6.3.30) and 6.4.5(2)(c) are met at our Fiscus North gravel pit. <br />We thank you for consideration of this request.
