PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc., whose office is located at 4613 Old Jacksboro Highway, Wichita <br />Falls, Texas 76302 (telephone 940.322.4772) has filed an application for a technical <br />revision to allow two topsoil piles (#4 and #7) to remain in place at the Carbon Junction <br />Mine (Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety permit C-1992-080, <br />approved July 31, 1993). The revision requests concurrence by the Division that the <br />topsoil piles are not needed to achieve the approved reclamation and may remain in place. <br />The topsoil piles cover approximately 3.38 acres within the permit area. The current <br />bond is a corporate surety in the amount of is $377,723.00.
