The topsoil within the stockpiles is excess to that needed for the final <br />reclamation of the mine site under the approved reclamation plan. The stockpiles are stable and <br />have been revegetated with perennial species for a number of years. <br />Enclosed are the revision application, a memorandum addressing the status of the topsoil piles, <br />correspondence addressing Topsoil Pile 7 from renewal RN03, a proposed public notice, and <br />revised permit pages.
