Technical Revision No. 9 (TR-09) - Pond B - Permanent Impoundment
Extension of Decision Due Date
Dear Mr. Stover:
The application for TR-09 was received and deemed complete in July 2009. The
Preliminary Adequacy Review letter was issued on 13 August 2009. Included in the list
of adequacy items was a request for analysis of water quality in Pond B. Because the
pond was dry in late summer, the Decision Due date was extended from 19 September
2009 to 30 April 2010.
The Division is now extending the Decision Due date for TR-09 from 30 April 2010 to
30 July 2010. This is in response to your Emailed request dated 4 May 2010. The
extension is granted to provide additional time to address the water quality issue (Pond B
remained dry throughout the past winter and spring, and no new samples could be
collected) and respond to the remaining adequacy items.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,

Marcia L.
