Martin <br />Harrison Western Executive Director <br />1208 Quail Street Loretta E.Pineda <br /> Director <br />Lakewood, Colorado 80215 <br />***Non-Confidental*** <br />RE: Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Opeerr tions <br />Corske Placer Project; File No. P-2009-030;3econd Adequacy Review `/ <br />Dear Mr. Hassel, <br />On April 2, 2010, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received a response to the <br />Division's adequacy review questions dated February 8, 2010 for the Notice of Intent (NOI) to Conduct <br />Prospecting Operations for Hard Rock/Metal Mines for the Corske Placer Project; File No. P-2009-030. <br />The Division reviewed the adequacy response and determined the following items must be addressed by <br />the applicant prior to Division approval for the NOI. <br />1. Please specify the seed mixture that will be used to reclaim the site and provide the rate of seeding in <br />pure live seeds per acre (PLS). In addition, please state the seeding method, timing of seeding and if <br />mulch or fertilizer will be used. The Division understands the Prospector is waiting for the Forest <br />Service to provide this information. <br />2. The Division will estimate a cost to reclaim the site based on the information provided by the <br />Prospector.
