Pirieda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety will be conducting a bond release inspection of the <br />Hamilton Mine on Thursday 3 June 2010 at 9:30 a.m. The purpose of the inspection will be to <br />evaluate reclamation at the site. Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining requires that you be notified prior to the inspection, so that <br />you may attend the inspection.
