April 30th was the Decision Due date for TR-09 (Pond B - Permanent Impoundment). Given that Pond B has remained
dry throughout the winter, it does not appear there will be any stored and discharged water to analyze for quality in
2010. Do you wish to propose another option for evaluating the water suitability? Please advise, and submit a request
for extension of the Decision Due date.
