The purpose of the inspection was to evaluate the on-
the-ground condition with respect to Trapper Mine's mining and environmental protection activities.
Graham Roberts of TMI accompanied the inspection.
The weather was mostly sunny and warm with a small amount of clouds and wind towards the end of
the inspection. The ground was mostly dry during the inspection of the site with the exception of some
muddy spots. All areas to be inspected were accessible and visible.
Observed activity on site included haul trucks on the Life of Mine Road.
Sians and Marker
Perimeter markers were observed near Coyote Pond. Topsoil markers were observed at several
sites including the G1-02 Topsoil Pile (photo below)where they appeared to be spaced a sufficient
distance apart (i.e., within line of sight).
Topsoil Marker at Gl-02
Roads
All roads and roadside ditches were functioning as permitted at the time of the inspection with the
exception of the road to D-Pit, which requires maintenance. Also, the road north of F Pit and the Life
of Mine Road is in need of repair.
