PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The original disturbance and other work approved under N01 P-2010-007 included construction of 1,580 <br />feet of new temporary access roads; improvement of 3,680 feet of existing (abandoned) roads; four drill <br />pads (approx. 0.2 acres each); and eight (8) drill holes (each averaging 2,000 feet in depth). Total <br />disturbance is 4.1 acres; all disturbance is situated on unpatented mining claims on public lands <br />administered by the USDA Forest Service. <br />This modification to NOI P-2010-007 includes the removal of 1,060 feet of new road construction from <br />the work originally approved under N01 P-2010-007; the addition of 2,250 feet of new temporary access <br />road construction (net increase of 1,190 feet); the relocation of one drill pad from public land to private <br />land; the addition of two new drill pads (approx. 0.2 acres each); and the addition of six (6) drill holes <br />averaging 1,750 feet in depth. Disturbance amounts related to this modification are summarized in the <br />following table.
