ameO <br />Earth & Environmental <br />Summary of Meetings and Discussions: <br />CC& V.• <br />CC&V held a Weekly Construction meeting on April 20, 2010. Items discussed included Safety, <br />Environmental, Schedule, QC documentation, and CQA. <br />Spoke with Tom Shepard (CC&V Projects), Derek Wittwer (AMEC Project Manager), and Bob Covert <br />(Ames) concerning preparing subgrade for soil liner fill placement and anchor trench construction. Bob <br />was shown areas of subgrade that will have to be re-worked to remediate nested rock. This process is <br />scheduled to be performed next week. <br />Ames Construction: <br />None <br />AMEC: <br />Daily Safety/Tailgate Meetings: AMEC personnel attended the AMEC daily safety meeting held prior to <br />the start of shift. Discussions centered on safety and planned work activities. <br />Derek Wittwer (AMEC Project Manager) and Jay Moore (AMEC Senior Engineer) were on-site to <br />observe project activities and discuss project progress/scheduling. <br />Others: <br />None <br />Summary of Incidents/Accidents/Health & Safety Issues: <br />None <br />We trust the information provided clearly represents our findings and observations for the week ending <br />April 24, 2010. <br />Joseph D.
