Sandy and Marcia are over exceeding their authority again.
We got a call from Ross today and they want to go ahead with this fence and this reference area that we
know nothing about. Mr. Morgan is blind, if he does not get something in writing from these people
proposing something, there's going to be more lawsuits than you can image. We are sick and tired of
this already... They cannot tell those people.. Western Fuels, that they're allowed to ... to. . use our
property as a reference area and fence off our property, or anything else whether it's in the permit or
not. Western Fuels has a lease to mine the coal. Now they're wanting to put up a fence across there, ah
. . ., you know somebody better do something here, I'm telling you, we're fighting for our lives here, and
we will take desperate measures if have to be. I won't back down from a fight and it's going to get
nasty here, somebody had better help us here, come and talk to us here, and put an end to those two
ladies, right now, or, or, so something else is going to happen. Thank you, um bye."
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
