Stover & Associates,'statirig the <br />request of Snowcap Coal Company to have a bond release portions of land near Cameo <br />and Palisade; CO. The Bureau of Reclamation is the fee title owner of vital infrastructure <br />in the subject area that is managed by Grand Valley Water Users Association and <br />Orchard Mesa Irrigation District. <br />Before we make any response regarding the bond release, we request additional <br />information crucial to our review process.
