The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the
Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on March 5, 2010, a minor revision application
(MR-241) to the Foidel Creek Mine, Permit No. C-1982-056, operated by Twentymile Coal
Company, 29515 Routt County Road 27, Oak Creek, CO 80467 was considered complete for the
purposes of filing. Twentymile Coal Company is changing it's name to Twentymile Coal, LLC. All
reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate
from this date of filing.
