The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the
Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on March 12, 2010„ a minor revision application
(MR-32) to the King Coal Mine, Permit No. C-1981-035, operated by GCC Energy, LLC, 11783
Highway 337, Tijeras, NM 87059 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The operator
proposes to update information in the permit application in response to the Division's midterm permit
review. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated
thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
