Box 758 <br />Greeley, CO 80632 <br />RE: Augmentation Water Lease for Weld County (January 2010 - March 2011) <br />Dear Mr. Bauer, <br />We are in receipt of Weld County's augmentation water requirement schedule for 2010. Using the Consumer Price Index ("CPI") for the Denver/Boulder area, the decrease to be applied this <br />year is 0.6%. This results in a delivery charge of $72.09 per acre-foot, or a $0.45/acre-foot decrease from last year. Total <br />cost for delivery for the 226.06 acre-feet is $16,296.67 and payment is due January It, 2010.
