The asphalt and concrete plants located on site will have <br />individual portable air permits and will be operated within the specifications required by the State. <br />All of these permits require opacity testing for dust and smoke. A revised Air Pollution Emission <br />Notice (APEN) and the approved Operation and Maintenance Plan are included in Appendix E. <br />The operating and maintenance plan shows the level of detail that will take place for monitoring <br />dust and maintenance of mitigation controls on site. <br />18.
