Martin <br />rtd S I Executive Director <br />Receipt of Incomplete 112 Construction Materials <br />On April 28, 2010, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 112c Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Application package for the Spring Creek Gravel Pit, File No. M-2010-024. A preliminary review of <br />the information received has been conducted, and the following items must be submitted before the Division can consider <br />your application complete and begin the technical review of the materials: <br />EXHIBIT C - Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands (Rule 6.4.3): One or more maps may <br />be necessary to legibly portray the following information: <br />• Please provide a map that includes the name and location of all creeks, roads, buildings, oil and <br />gas wells and lines, and power and communication lines on the area of affected land and within <br />two hundred (200) feet of all boundaries of such area; <br />• The maps provided do not have enough topographic detail of the land adjacent to the permit <br />area. Please provide revised maps that include adjacent topography that shows contours at least <br />300 feet outside of the permit area. Also, please provide a map that shows the topography <br />adjacent to the road. <br />• In conjunction with Exhibit G - Please include on the mine plan map(s) all necessary <br />stormwater control structures and necessary water impoundments. <br />• All maps must be signed and dated by the qualified map maker. <br />EXHIBIT D - Mining Plan (Rule 6.4.4): The mining plan shall supply the following information, correlated <br />with the affected lands, map(s) and timetables: <br />• Please provide specific details regarding all water diversions and impoundments to be used to <br />manage stormwater. <br />EXHIBIT F - Reclamation Plan Map (Rule 6.4.6): <br />• The map provided does not have enough. topographic detail of the land adjacent to the permit <br />area. Please provide revised maps that include adjacent topography that shows contours at least <br />300 feet outside of the permit area.
