4 (Form 2- Public) <br />5. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, trenches, waste piles, drill pads and <br />collar areas of underground workings, ponds, etc... <br />Access to the drill sites will be "over land" where possible and drill sites will be cleared and leveled only where - <br />necessary. Top soil will be stock piled and spread back over the area when work is complete. A pit may be _ <br />excavated at each site to hold drill cuttings and any drill fluid. These will be covered at work completion. <br />- Excavation at the proposed drill locations will be done using a backhoe and/or a small track dozer. Necessary access <br />road construction will be 10 feet or less wide and will attempt to leave forbs and grasses. <br />6.
