Martin
Executive Director
On April 28, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) received Golden Eagle
Uranium, LLC. application for a Notice of Intent (NOI) for prospecting. Unfortunately DRMS cannot
process the application at this time. Per Colorado State law DRMS cannot issue a notice or permit to a
person or entity not registered to do business in the state. A search of the Secretary of State's database
(copy enclosed) does not indicate that Golden Eagle is registered. Please provide proof of current
registration with the Secretary of State. Once DRMS staff has proof of good standing with the Secretary
of State the application can be processed and reviewed.
If you need additional information please contact me at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety,
Grand Junction Field Office, 101 S. 3rd St., Suite 301, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501, or by telephone
no. 970.241.1117.
Sincerely,
G.
