Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has received your letter of December 31, 2007, waiving SCC's right to a proposed decision within <br />the 120 and 180 day time frames specified in Rule 2.07.4(2)(b). In the letter, you indicate that SCC's responses to <br />our Preliminary Adequacy Review letter (PAR) of September 25, 2007, have been delayed pending resolution of <br />site plan details and other issues with the prospective buyer of the UTL property. We had requested a response to <br />the PAR within 60 days of receipt.
