Dear Mr. Carnahan,
We have received the request for 30-day extension of the decision date for the above-named amendment application.
Obtaining a signed right-of-entry from Mr. Stephenson, a landowner who will be affected under this amendment, is a
necessary requirement, and without providing such documentation the application cannot be considered adequate.
This office has therefore approved the requested extension, and the decision date has been reset to May 30, 2010.
Please be reminded that this and all other outstanding adequacy issues must be addressed before the Division can
approve the amendment. If the amendment is not adequate for approval by the close of business on the decision date,
the amendment may be denied. If additional time is required to prepare and submit adequacy responses, please
provide a written request for extension to this office.
